Policies and Procedures

  • A 50% deposit is required to book and/or schedule studio time. The remaining balance is due in full at the beginning of your session – no exceptions.

  • A 3.5% credit card fee is added to all credit and debit card payments.

  • All studio time booked MUST be used within the time allotted. We will adjust time if technical difficulties occur.

  • There will be no refunds at all.

  • Please notify us 48 hours prior to rescheduling.

  • You will not lose your deposit by rescheduling.
  • If you reschedule less than 48hrs in advance, you might lose your deposit.
  • If you need to cancel your studio time completely, please notify us immediately. You will lose your 50% deposit. You should just reschedule.
  • If you book for 9pm, the clock starts at 9pm. Arrive early. You will be charged $50 per hr if session goes longer than what you book.
  • If you book for 5hrs, you will pay for 5hrs even if we finish in 2hrs.
  • If you have stems to be used during your session, please send them to info@nellbeats.com via wetransfer.com Make sure the BPM is listed

  • No illegal drugs or weapons of any kind.
  • Smoke your weed before you arrive.
  • Bring an external hard drive or thumb drive if you want your session files.
  • We can also upload session files to google drive, or transfer your session files with WeTransfer.
  • Please download files immediately, after 14 days you will be charged $50 to re-upload.
  • We typically use Pro Tools but have access to most of the popular DAWs
  • We don’t like to limit revisions, but we must to keep everything fair. Also, we use outboard gear, so this could make revisions harder to do.
  • Please limit mix revisions to maximum of 3.
